Did you know I can change the colors to any of my designs? Whether it’s just the background or the entire image, we can make it match even the craziest of color schemes! http://bit.ly/miniprints
We’ve had quite a few requests to create iphone cases from our designs and we’re happy to announce that we have officially launched a Kickstarter campaign to help make them a reality!
Kickstarter is the largest funding platform for creative projects in the world. The company operates from an all-or-nothing based funding method where projects must be fully funded or no money changes hands. The Kickstarter process gives everyone with internet access the unique opportunity to help fund creative projects like ours and everyone who contributes to the project will receive special rewards based on their pledge amounts.
You have the exclusive opportunity to pre-order your very own custom Diesel & Juice iphone case today but don’t delay, we only have until October 18th 6pm PST to meet our funding goal!
Help spread the word and forward this to your pet crazy friends..
The more we share it, the more likely we are to meet our goal!
Sometimes, just seeing a silly cat picture or video can really make all the difference in a day. Whether your day is good or bad, this will make it better. That is, assuming, you have a soul and have the ability to find cats funny ;]
Diesel made her first appearance at the SF Bulldog Meetup. She had a blast getting lots of love from all the humans but wanted nothing to do with the other bulldogs. They meet every third Saturday of the month at Crissy Field. We won’t be able to make next month’s meetup because we have family coming into town but we definitely hope to go in November if the weather permits. If you’re in the Bay Area, you should definitely join us. There are lots of other dogs there besides bulldogs as well as many people who don’t have any animals who are just checking out the breed.
I had my eyes on the 7 month old mini white frenchy shown below. Can you see how scared she was of such a little creature? His name was Cabo and he loved butt scratches. I considered sneaking him home with us but my conscious got the best of me ;]
Forgive the colors and underexposure on these, I processed them on my laptop. Oops
After having to bid farewell to my dear little Yewnie, I needed something to mend my heart. What better then a 9 week old kitten, right? We first tried the rescue group where we got Yewnie but Yewnie was there and I got all choked up so we decided it would be best if we went somewhere else. We were going to go to a local shelter but they weren’t open for another hour so we wandered into the PetSmart around the corner where a rescue group just happened to be set up. There were kittens running every which way and the first kitten I saw was Meela. I knew she had to be mine.
We went through the fun task of battling the attention of the woman in charge, Fran. She was a lively passionate woman who had two helpers who likely had a huge part in making Meela such a lovebug. They cuddled her as I filled out paperwork and even cut her nails for me just before we took her away.
So far, Meela is quite the fantastic kitten… She’s super cuddly, she purrs the second you touch her, and she’s not afraid of anything. Diesel and Juice seem to be quite hesitant about this new arrival but I have high hopes they’ll both come around.
On Sunday, in effort to help fix my recent back flare up from an old herniated disc, we went to the local mattress store and went for a test drive. We were quickly greeted by a very friendly redhead named Sam and within minutes we found ourselves floating from mattress to mattress each better than the last. The temptation to splurge and go for the best was quite tempting but we settled for a few steps down.. Our old mattress is a century old lump of ugly yellow-beige so obviously anything would be better but isn’t the new one gorgeous?! It’s a shame we have to put sheets over it.
I have a feeling it’s going to be even harder for Dee to get out of bed on Mondays now..
The Headboard Wall Decal is from Wallums.com. I absolutely ADORE it. Usually I get quite bored of any kind of decorations but this will always be loved. It won’t be going anywhere until we move which hopefully won’t be for quite a while. :]
It’s official! The decal stickers are up in the shop and ready for you to enjoy.
So far we have the infamous Digby in a pack of 5, a set of english bulldogs, french bulldogs, zoo animals, farm animals, and vintage objects. Click on the images below to view the ordering page. I hope to have more sets in the future and I’m definitely open to hearing what you’d like to see added!
Well, after almost 5 months of trying to make things work with our trial adoption kitty, Yewnie, I had to give her back. We dropped her off yesterday and surprisingly, I didn’t start sobbing in the middle of Petco. I grew pretty fond of this little wild fur ball but she was peeing on the carpet and we just couldn’t handle it anymore.. I tried everything to solve it but despite all of my efforts, she continued to do it more and more. We’re convinced it’s a dominance issue with our fat cat Juice and think she’ll do better off in a home without other cats. I sure hope so..
I miss her terribly and woke up several times last night looking for at the foot of the bed. I miss feeling her soft warm fur against my feet and hearing her chirp when she wants some affection. I really wish I didn’t fall for every animal I meet. It really is hard on the heart when things don’t work out.
We went to Petco today to get some cat urine remover and there she was, in the cat condo with the pictures I gave them hanging from the cage. I felt some relief knowing they posted the photos and I managed to keep my distance. When we were done finding what we needed, I glanced back over in her direction to see if I could catch a glimpse and an employee was feeding her treats and scratching her head. I feel better knowing she’s still getting some love despite being stuck in a cage again.
After all this heartbreak, we definitely won’t be getting another animal anytime soon even though I’d absolutely love a baby frenchie. The cat and the dog will just have to do until we have a large property and the finances to handle them. I’ll just have to look at more puppy and kitten pictures via facebook and instagram to fill the void until then :]
